Ingredients:
Raw Banana - 1 no.
green chillies - 6 - 8 no.s
urad dal - 1tsp
channa dal - 1tsp
tamarind juice - 11/2 tsp
turmeric - 1/4 tsp
garlic cloves - 4
jeera - 1tsp
oil - 1 tsp
salt to taste
curd - 1tbsp
For Seasoning: Oil - 1tsp, red chilli - 1 no., urad dal, channa dal, menthi seeds, jeera, mustard seeds -1/4 tsp each, curry leaves
Method:
Raw Banana - 1 no.
green chillies - 6 - 8 no.s

Method:
- Peel and cut the banana into pieces. Boil the pieces in water and stain the water.
- Fry the green chillies, urad dal, channa dal with one tsp oil.
- Grind all the ingredients except curd to make chutney.
- For seasoning heat the oil add all the seasoning . this can be added to the chutney.
- It goes well with rice.
- Before serving add the curd to the chutney and mix well.
