Ingredients:
Bread - 6 slices
Potatoes - 250gms (boiled)
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp
turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Oil for deep fry
Method:
Bread - 6 slices
Potatoes - 250gms (boiled)

Method:
- Mash the boiled potatoes
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in kadai add chopped onions and fry till translucent
- Add mashed potatoes, salt, chilli powder, chat and turmeric
- Cook for 7-8 minutes then remove from fire and cool it
- Heat oil in kadai for deep fry
- Dip bread slice in water then immediately squeeze out water.
- Take a ball size of potato curry and put it on the bread
- Make it a round bonda and fry till golden brown
- Do the same process with all slices
- Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup
