Chutney for Idli, Dosa

Ingredients:
Roasted channa dal - 1/2 cup
Roasted Peanuts - 1/2 cup
Green chillies - 4
salt to taste
coriander leaves
garlic cloves -4
cumin seeds -1 tsp
For tempering: oil -1tsp, urad dal, channa dal, fenugreek seeds. mustard seeds, cumin seeds -1/4 tsp each, red chilli -1, curry leaves


Method:

  • Grind all the ingredients by using sufficient water  to make chutney
  • Heat oil add all tempering ingredients fry till mustard crackles and pour this on chutney
  • This chutney goes well with Idli, Dosa, Bonda, Bajji
