coconut vada

Ingredients:
Coconut - 1 (grated)
Rice - 1 cup
green chillies - 4-5
ginger - one piece
salt to taste
Oil to deep fry


Method:

  • Soak the rice for 2-3 hours
  • Grind all the ingredients without water to make vada paste.
  • Heat oil in kadai, make small size vadas and deep fry until golden brown colour.
  • Serve hot with chutney.
