Coriander Chutney (Kothimeera Pachadi)

Ingredients:
Coriander leaves - 250 gms
Green Chillies - 5-6
Tamarind paste - 2 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Onion - 1(finely chopped)
Jaggery - small piece
Oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic cloves - 4
Cumin seeds - 1tsp


Method:

  • Wash and chop coriander leaves and chillies
  • Heat the oil add coriander leaves, chillies and fry them
  • Cool  and grind all the ingredients except onions to make chutney
  • Add onions before serving and mix well.
