Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:
Eggs - 2no.'
Carrots - 2no.'
Beans - 6no.'
Onion- 1no. (chopped) 
Green chillies - 3 (chopped)
Capsicum - 1(chopped)
Spring onions - chopped
Cooked rice - 2cups
Pepper powder - 1tsp
salt to taste
soya sauce - 1tbsp
chilli sauce - 1tsp
Ajinamoto -1tsp
cinnamon and cloves - 1/2 tsp crushed
Oil - 1tbsp


Method:

  • Par boil chopped carrots and beans
  • Heat oil and fry chillies, onions, capsicum. spring onions for 5 minutes
  • Add salt , pepper, crushed cinnamon and cloves and fry for another 2 minutes
  • Beat eggs and to the above and cook till eggs to set
  • Add boiled carrots and beans then stir fry for 2 minutes
  • Add rice, sauces and ajinamoto and fry for another 5 minutes in high flame
  • Serve Hot
