Gulkand

Ingredients:
Fresh Rose Petals(red): 1 kg
Sugar - 11/4 kg  
Green Cardamom Seeds - 2 tsp
Ani seeds - 3tsp
Rose Essence - 3-4 drops


Method:

  • Clean and crush rose petals a little and mix all the ingredients together.
  • Store it in an airtight glass jar and keep in the sun for 6-7 days. On every alternate day, stir it with a clean wooden spoon. When done keep it inside.
  • Note: It is good for stomach and helps in digestion
