Mango Rabri

Ingredients:
Milk - 6 cups
Sugar - 1 cup
Alphonso mango pulp - 1 cup

Method:
  • Put milk in a kadai, boil them in low flame till it acquires a granular consistency.
  • Remove and add sugar, stir until dessolved.
  • Add the mango pulp when the rabri has cooled down. 
  • Transfer to a serving dish and serve chilled.
