Fenugreek Seeds - 500 gms
Sugar - 500gms
Ghee - 250 gms
Dry fruit - 250 gm
Milk - 1 litre
nutmeg and cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Method::
- Dry roast menthi seeds and grind into coarse like suji.
- Then Soak it in the milk for 4 hours
- On a low flame put ghee in a thick bottem vessel and when it melts, stir in menthi thoroughly so that not a single lump forms.
- Add ground dry fruitmixture and sugar, and keep on stirring till ghee seperates.
- Lastly add nutmeg and cardamom powder .
- Spread on ghee coated plate.
- Cool and cut them pieces and store in a air tight container.
