Ridge Gourd and Bottle Gourd Peels Chutney

Ingredients:
Bottle gourd peels - 1/2cup
Ridge gourd peels - 1/2 cup
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Channa Dal - 1 tsp
tomatoes - 5-6 
green chillies - 8-10
tamarind juice - 1tsp
garlic - 6
turmeric - 1/4tsp
cumin seeds - 1tsp
salt to taste
oil - 1tbsp
coriander leaves


Method:


  • Cut green chillies, tomatoes, and peels into pieces.
  • Heat the oil then fry urad dal, channa dal. chillies, peels and tomatoes till peels soften
  • Cool and grind all the ingredients to make chutney.
