Ingredients:
Sago – ½ cup
Sour curd – 1 cup
Rice flour - 500gms
Salt to taste
Green chillies – 4-5 (chopped)
Curry leaves (chopped)
Coriander leaves - (chopped)
Oil for making dosas
Method:
v Soak sago in curd for 3 hours.
v Add all other ingredients and sufficient water to make dosa batter.
v Heat pan and apply oil, take 2 tbsp batter to make a round dosa .
v Cook both sides.
v Serve hot with coconut chutney.
