Sonti Karam (Dry Ginger Powder)

Ingredients:
Sonti - 50 gms
Red chillies - 6- 7
Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 2 tsp
Crystal salt as per taste
Garlic cloves - 4- 5
Ghee - 1 tbsp


Method:

  • Chop sonti into pieces and fry in ghee until it raises and remove from kadai
  • Fry mirchi, coriander seeds, cumin seeds
  • Lastly fry salt 
  • Grind sonti first then add other ingredients to make fine powder
  • Serve with steamed rice and ghee
Note: This powder is good for when suffering with body pains, stomach ache, headache. Take one or two tsp only once in a day for 2-3 days in a month.
