Vamakku Bajji

Ingredients:
Vamakkulu - 15
Gram floor - 1 cup
Rice floor  -2tsp
salt to taste
chilli powder - 1 tsp
baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Oil for deep fry


Method:


  • Prepare batter with gram floor, rice floor, salt, chilli powder, baking soda by using water
  • Batter must be neither thick nor thin
  • Keep the batter aside for 15 minutes
  • Heaat oil in kadai then take vamakku and dip in batter once and fry till golden colour
  • Do the same process for all leaves
  • Serve hot
Note: This is good for indigestion
