Ingredients:
Vamakkulu - 15
Gram floor - 1 cup
Rice floor -2tsp
salt to taste
chilli powder - 1 tsp
baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Oil for deep fry
Method:
Vamakkulu - 15

Method:
- Prepare batter with gram floor, rice floor, salt, chilli powder, baking soda by using water
- Batter must be neither thick nor thin
- Keep the batter aside for 15 minutes
- Heaat oil in kadai then take vamakku and dip in batter once and fry till golden colour
- Do the same process for all leaves
- Serve hot
