Ingredients:
Barley seeds - 2 cups
Urad dal - 1 cup
Rice - 2 cup
Salt to taste

Method:
- Soak barley seeds, urad dal, rice for 4 hour.
- Grind them using sufficient water to make dosa batter.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Heat pan and apply oil and take 1 tbsp of batter and spread it thinly to make dosa.
- Cook both sides.
- Serve with coconut chutney or ginger chutney
