Barley Dosa

Ingredients:
Barley seeds - 2 cups
Urad dal - 1 cup
Rice - 2 cup
Salt to taste
Oil


Method:


  • Soak barley seeds, urad dal, rice for 4 hour.
  • Grind them using sufficient water to make dosa batter.
  • Add salt and mix well.
  • Heat pan and apply oil  and take 1 tbsp of batter and spread it thinly to make dosa.
  • Cook both sides.
  • Serve with coconut chutney or ginger chutney
