Ingredients:
Cabbage - 1 small (finely chopped)
Coconut - 1/2 cup (grated)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Green chillies - 2 (chopped)
Oil- 1 tbsp
Channa dal - 1 tbsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:

Method:
- Heat oil in kadai add channa dal, urad dal, cumin and mustard seeds, curry leaves and stir until mustard splutters.
- Add green chillies, chopped cabbage, ginger garlic paste and cook in low flame by covering lid.
- Add spices when cabbage becomes tender and mix well.
- Add grated coconut and fry another 5 minutes.
- Serve with rice or roti
