Capsicum and Paneer Curry

Ingredients:
Paneer - 200 gms
Capsicum - 2 
Tomatoes - 200 gms (finely chopped)
Onions - 200 gms (finely chopped)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Coriander, cumin powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves


Method:


  • Cut the paneer into small square pieces, De seed and chop capsicum into medium size pieces.
  • Heat the oil in kadai, fry the paneer pieces for 1-2 minutes and remove, dip in water.
  • Drain the water and keep the pieces aside.
  • In the same kadai, add cumin seeds, chopped onions and saute till onions translucent.
  • Add chopped tomatoes, capsicum and stir fry for 5 minutes.
  • Add all spices and 1 cup water and cook till the oil floats.
  • Add paneer and cook another 5 minutes in low flame.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve with rice or roti
