Egg Bajji

Ingredients:
Eggs - 6 (boiled and shelled)
Besan -  1 cup
Rice flour - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Baking soda - a pinch
chilli powder -  1 tsp
Coriander and cumin powder - 1 tsp
chat masala - 1/2 tsp
Oil for deep fry


Method:

  • Cut each egg into 4 pieces
  • Mix all the ingredients except oil and eggs by using water to make batter.
  • Heat oil in kadai, dip each egg piece in the batter and drop in hot oil.
  • Fry till golden colour. 
  • Do the same process for all.
  • Serve hot with ketchup.
