Eggs - 6 (boiled and shelled)
Besan - 1 cup
Rice flour - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Baking soda - a pinch
chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander and cumin powder - 1 tsp
chat masala - 1/2 tsp
Oil for deep fry
Method:
- Cut each egg into 4 pieces
- Mix all the ingredients except oil and eggs by using water to make batter.
- Heat oil in kadai, dip each egg piece in the batter and drop in hot oil.
- Fry till golden colour.
- Do the same process for all.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
