Grilled Chicken legs

Ingredients:
Chicken legs - 2
Curd - 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper -1/4 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Oil or butter - 2 tsp
Red food colour - a pinch (optional)


Method:


  • Slit chicken legs lightly
  • Mix all ingredients well except oil and chicken legs
  • Marinate chicken legs with the above mix and keep aside for 2 hours.
  • Grease oil to chicken legs and select roast option in OTG and set time for 30 minutes.
  • Kids like to eat and easy to cook.
