Ingredients:
Mint leaves - 1 cup (chopped)
Green chillies - 4
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Channa dal - 1 tsp
Tamarind paste - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Garlic cloves - 4
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp
Method:
Mint leaves - 1 cup (chopped)

Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil in kadai add green chillies and mint leaves, channa dal and urad dal.
- Fry for 2-3 minutes and cool them.
- Grind all the ingredients using little water.
- Serve with hot rice and ghee.
- This chutney is good for digestion.
