Ingredients:
Whole Urad dal -1 cup
Rajmah - 1/4 cup
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Tomato - 1 (chopped)
Ginger garlic - 1 tsp (chopped)
Ghee or Oil - 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Cream - 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves
Method:
Whole Urad dal -1 cup
Rajmah - 1/4 cup
Onion - 1 (chopped)

Ghee or Oil - 1 tbsp

Cream - 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves
Method:
- Soak dal and rajmah over night.
- Pressure cook adding turmeric till the mixture is well cooked.
- Mix well and keep aside.
- Heat ghee in kadai, add cumin seeds, chopped onion, tomotoes and cook till they are soft.
- Add spices and cook till oil leaves.
- Add cooked dal and mix well.
- Cook another 5 minutes and garnish with cream and coriander leaves.
- Serve with rice or roti.
