Ingredients:
Raw Mangoes - 2
Garlic Crushed - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric - a pinch
Fenugreek powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Jaggery - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Method:
Raw Mangoes - 2

Method:
- Cut raw mango into small pieces with skin.
- Heat oil add all spices and mango pieces and cook in low flame.
- Cover with plate, pour some water on plate and cook till mangoes become tender.
- Lastly add grated jaggery and cook till it dissolved.
- Serve with steamed rice and ghee.
