Ingredients:
Milk – 1 litre
Sugar - 1/3 cup
Pista powder – 1/3 cup
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Gulkand – ¼ cup
Kesar – ¼ tsp
A pinch of nutmeg powder
A pinch of cinnamon powder
Method:
Boil together milk and sugar for 10-15 minutes till slightly thick.
Add all other ingredients and mix well
Boil for 5 minutes stirring continuously.
Cool to room temperature.
Churn once with a blender to remove lumps if any formed.
Keep in the refrigerator for chillness.
Serve chilled
