Ingredients:
Fresh brinjals - 150 gms
Broad beans - 150 gms
Tomatoes - 2
Onion - 1
Green chillies -2
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil- 1 tbsp
Method:
Fresh brinjals - 150 gms

Method:
- Thread and cut the beans into small pieces
- Chop the brinjals and keep in salted water.
- Chop onions, tomatoes, green chillies.
- Heat the oil in kadai, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves, fry till mustard crackles.
- Add chopped green chillies, onion, ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add brinjal, broad bean pieces and spices.
- Add water and cook in low flame.
- When beans are tender add tomatoes and cook another 5 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
