PARSEE DHANIA JEERA MASALA POWDER

Ingredients:
Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds -  1 tsp
Red chillies - 5-6
Bay leaf - 1
Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
Mace -1/2 tsp
Nutmeg - 1
Cinnamon - 1" piece
Cloves -4-5
Cardamom - 3 -4 
Poppy seeds  - 1 tsp


Method:


  • Dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, red chillies, fenugreek seeds
  • Cool them and grind all ingredients to make fine powder.
  • Store in airtight bottle.
Note: This masala powder is used in many of parsee recipes.
