Method:

Method:
- Boil the mushrooms and finely chop them.
- Finely chop onion and green chilli.
- Beat eggs well and add all the chopped vegetables and salt and pepper.
- Heat the pan and grease the oil, pour the egg batter to make omelette.
- Fry both sides.
- Serve immediately.
