Fennel - 100 gms
Fenugreek seeds - 50 gms
Kalaunji - 10 gms
Dry red chilli - 100 gms
Turmeric - 25 gms
Black Mustard - 5 gms
Method:
- Dry roast all the ingredients slightly.
- Grind all the ingredients to make fine powder.
- Store in airtight container.
