Ingredients:
Arhar dal - 1 cup
Fresh coconut - 1 Cup (grated)
Dry red chillies - 5-6
Oil - 1 tbsp
Tamarind - 2-3 stripes
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Arhar dal - 1 cup

Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, dry chillies and arhar dal. Roast till the aroma arises.
- Cool and grind with all other ingredients by adding little water.
- Serve with steamed rice and ghee.
- This is winter dish.
