Eguru Karam

Ingredients:
Dry red chillies - 10
Garlic cloves - 6
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste


Method:

  • Dry roast red chillies.
  • Grind all the ingredients to make powder coarsely. 
  • Use this karam in Bhendi fry, Broad bean fry, etc.
  • Fresh powder gives good aroma and taste to curries.
