Panch Phoren

Ingredients:
Fenugreek seeds - 2 tsp
Yellow Mustard Seeds - 2 tsp
Kalaunji (Onion seeds) - 2 tsp
Aniseed (Saunf) - 4 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 4 tbsp

Method:
  • Dry roast all the ingredients and cool them.
  • Grind to make fine powder and store in airtight container.
  • It is mostly used in kashmiri dishes.
