Ingredients:
Ripe Bananas - 6
Milk - 1 cup
Eggs - 2
Maida - 1 cup or as required to make thick batter
Sugar to taste
Ghee to fry
Method:

Method:
- Mash bananas and mix in beaten eggs and milk.
- Add sugar and Maida to make the mixture into slightly thick batter without lumps.
- Keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat ghee in kadai,drop1 tsp of batter for each fritter and fry till golden brown.
