Egg Chillas

Ingredients:
Eggs - 4
Besan - 200 gms
Ajwain seeds - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

To spread:
Onion - 1
Green chillies - 2-3
Garlic - 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste


Method:

  • Finely chop onions and green chillies, mix these with garlic,cumin and salt.
  • Beat the eggs and mix besan slowly into by taking care that no lumps form.
  • Add salt, ajwain and little water to make thick batter.
  • Heat frying pan, grease oil and spread batter evenly and cook on low flame till the chilla is cooked on one side.
  • Turn it gently and cook the other side.
  • Spread the onion mixture on chillas and serve hot.
