Green chilli- Gingelly seeds Curry (Pachi mirchi nuvvula kura)

Ingredients:
Green Chilli - 1/4 kg (tender and Bajji mirchi)
Gingely seeds (white) - 250 gms
Cumin seeds - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp


Method:

  • Grind gingely seeds, salt, cumin seeds with little water to make fine paste.
  • Slit green chillies, remove seeds and fill with gingely paste.
  • Heat oil in kadai, cook filled green chillies till they are soft and fried.
  • Serve with rice.
