Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Maida - 1/2 cup
Suji - 1/4 cup
Spinach - 400 gms
Urad dal - 1/2 cup
Green chillies - 4-5
Heeng - a pinch
Salt to taste
Saunf -1 tbsp
Oil for frying
Method:
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Maida - 1/2 cup

Method:
- Soak urad dal for 3-4 hours.
- Grind dal along with green chillies, saunf, hing and little salt. Make a paste.
- Clean and wash spinach. Boil in water, drain and grind to make smooth paste.
- Make a dough with wheat flour, Maida, suji, little salt, oil and spinach puree and knead to a soft dough.
- Make lemon size balls with the dough and stuff with urad dal paste.
- Roll out into kachori shape.
- Heat the oil and deep fry the kachories.
- Serve hot with raita.
