Ingredients:
For Koftas:
Paneer - 100 gms
Bread slices - 2
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
For gravy:
Onion - 2
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Tomatoes - 200 gms
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Fresh cream - 2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
For garnishing:
Coriander leaves

Method:
Kofta:
- Knead the paneer with hands till the grains disappear. Add bread slices which are soaked and squeezed from water and salt and pepper.
- Make a dough. Divide them into 7-8 equal portions and make them into balls.
- Heat the oil and deep fry them in medium flame till golden brown.
- Keep aside.
Gravy:
- Finely chop onions and tomatoes.
- Heat ghee in pressure cooker, add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste. Fry till onions are transparent.
- Add chopped tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and sugar.
- Add 1 cup of water and close the lid, cook for 3 whistles.
- Remove from fire. When the steam releases, pass through sieve or blend in a blender and stain.
- Cook the puree again , add lemon juice, cream and garam masala. Cook another 3 minutes and remove from fire.
- Add koftas before serving.
- Lastly garnish with coriander leaves.
