Butterscotch - Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:
Skim evaporated Milk - 385 gms
Water - 250 ml
Corn Starch - 60 ml
Sugar  - 40 gms
Chocolate chips - 100ms
Butterscotch chips - 100 gms
Walnuts - 100 gms (chopped)
Vanilla extract - 5 ml

Method:

  • Combine evaporated milk, water, cornstarch, sugar, chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in sauce pan.
  • Cook and stir over medium flame until mixture thickens and chips are melted. Cool.
  • Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Beat with an electric mixer until light.
  • Stir in walnuts.Transferred to the buttered tin. Spread evenly.
  • Cool and cut into squares.
