Ingredients:
Potatoes - 250 gms
Onions - 1
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
Oil for frying
Method:
Potatoes - 250 gms

Method:
- Peel, wash and cut potatoes into fingers.
- Place in a bowl with salt, pepper and corn flour. Mix well. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat the oil in kadai, fry the potato fingers till done and drain the excess oil.
- Heat 21 tbsp of oil, add chopped onions and garlic paste. Fry for one minute.
- Add salt, pepper, red chilli powder, soya sauce, vinegar, ketchup, sugar. Mix well.
- Add fried potato fingers. Toss well. Remove from fire.
- Serve hot.
