Ingredients:
Button Mushrooms - 100 gms
Onion - 1
Potato - 1 (small)
Milk - 1 cup
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Salt and white pepper to taste
Method:
Button Mushrooms - 100 gms

Method:
- Peel,chop and boil onion and potato in 2 cups of water till soft.
- Blend in a mixie and sieve.
- Grind 1/2 of the mushroom and finely chop the remaining.
- Heat butter, add corn flour and cook for a minute in low flame.
- Add milk slowly and cook till thick.
- Add onion stock, ground and chopped mushrooms and 2 cups of water.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Bring it to boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve with buns.
