Ingredients:
Okra - 500 gms
Gram Flour - 100 gms
Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method:
Okra - 500 gms
Gram Flour - 100 gms

Method:
- Wash and pat dry okra.
- Cut into thin strips. Sprinkle with salt, red chilli powder and mix with gram flour gently.
- Heat the oil and deep fry okra strips till golden brown and crisp.
- Sprinkle with chaat masala powder and toss.
- Serve immediately.
