Ingredients:
Mango - 1
Curd - 500 gms
Fresh Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Gelatine - 1 tbsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Method:
Mango - 1
Curd - 500 gms
Fresh Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Gelatine - 1 tbsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Method:
- Peel and slice the mango.
- Keep one slice separately for garnishing and mash the remaining.
- Beat the curd without lumps.
- Soak gelatine in warm water.
- In a bowl, combine mango pulp, curd, milk, sugar and gelatine.
- Leave it in refrigerator to set.
- Decorate with mango slice and serve.
