Mango Yoghurt

Ingredients:
Mango - 1
Curd - 500 gms
Fresh Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Gelatine - 1 tbsp
Water - 1/2 cup

Method:

  • Peel and slice the mango.
  • Keep one slice separately for garnishing and mash the remaining.
  • Beat the curd without lumps. 
  • Soak gelatine in warm water.
  • In a bowl, combine mango pulp, curd, milk, sugar and gelatine.
  • Leave it in refrigerator to set.
  • Decorate with mango slice and serve.
