Ingredients:
Mutton - 500 gms
Cucumber - 1
Onions - 2
Green chilles - 4-5
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 3 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Poppy seeds paste - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
cardamom - 2
Cloves - 4
Cinnamon - 1' piece
Oil - 3 -4 tbsp
Coriander leaves - small bunch
Method:
Mutton - 500 gms

Method:
- Peel and cut cucumber into medium size pieces
- Finely chop onions and cut green chillies lengthwise.
- Heat oil in pressure cooker, add cardamom, cloves and cinnamon and fry for few seconds.
- Add chopped onions, green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Fry till onions are transparent.
- Add mutton pieces, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder.
- Mix well and cook in medium flame for 5 minutes.
- Add poppy seeds paste and sufficient water. Close the lid and cook up to 3 whistles are till mutton is cooked.
- Remove from fire, cool and open the lid. Add cucumber pieces and cook another five minutes.
- Lastly add garam masala and coriander leaves. Cook for 2 -3 minutes.
- Serve.
