Ragi Pindi Dosa

Ingredients:

Ragi Flour - 2 Cups
Sour Butter Milk - 1 Cup
Green chillies - 4
Salt to taste
Onions - 2
Baking soda - a pinch
Oil for cooking dosa

Method:

  • Finely chop onions and green chillies.
  • Now mix all the ingredients in a bowl, Add sufficient water to make little thin batter.
  • Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Heat pan and pour ladle full of batter to make thin dosa. Sprinkle little oil on top and sides.
  • Cook both sides and serve hot with chutney.
