Ingredients:
Corn flour - 2 cups
Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
Potatoes - 4 (boiled and mashed)
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Warm water
Ghee for shallow frying
Method:
Corn flour - 2 cups
Wheat flour - 1/2 cup

Method:
- mix all the ingredients except ghee to make smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into equal portions.
- Roll out each portion into roti with rolling pin.
- Sprinkle with wheat flour occasionally while rolling to avoid sticking.
- Heat griddle, shallow fry roti's both sides with ghee.
- Serve hot with any curry.
