Ingredients:

Jaggery - 250 gm

Cashew nuts - 2 tbsp (chopped)
Method:

Method:
- Dry the bread pieces and cut them into half.
- Heat oil and fry the bread pieces till crispy.
- Crush the fried pieces coarsely.
- In another pan, place grated jaggery with 1 cup of water and bring it to boil.
- Cook til one string consistency comes.Add coarse bread powder and cashew nuts and mix well.
- Switch off the flame.
- Make round ladoo's when it is still warm.
- Store in airtight container.
