Ingredients:
Semolina - 1 cup
Sour butter milk - 1 cup
Water - 1 cup
Green chillies - 4 -5 (chopped)
Ginger - small piece (grated)
Salt to taste
Urad dal - 1/4 tsp
Channa dal - 1/4 tsp
Cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Ghee/Oil - 2 tbsp
Method:
Semolina - 1 cup

Method:
- Heat oil in kadai, add urad dal, channa dal, cashew nuts,mustard seeds and curry leaves. Fry till mustard crackles.
- Add chopped chillies and ginger, saute for one minute. Add 1 cup of water and salt.
- In the mean time mix semolina with butter milk.When bubbles are coming add this rawa mixture and mix well.
- Close the lid and cook in low flame till done.
- Serve hot.
