Ingredients:
Maida - 1 cup
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Ajwain seeds - 1 tsp
Grated cheese - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Kasoori Methi - 2 tbsp
Oil for frying
Method:
Maida - 1 cup
Wheat flour - 1 cup

Method:
- Mix maida, wheat flour, ajwain seeds, grated cheese, salt and kasoori methi. Add sufficient water to make dough.
- Divide the dough into equal portions.Roll them into puris.
- Heat oil and deep fry till golden.
- Serve hot with chutney or any curry.
