Godhuma (Wheat) Rawa Biryani

Ingredients:
Wheat rawa - 250 gm
Green peas - 3 tbsp
Potatoes - 2
Carrots - 2
Onions - 1
Green chillies - 6
Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Cloves - 3
Cardamom - 3
Cinnamon -  1" piece
Ghee/ Oil - 4 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:

  • Peel and cut potatoes and carrots into small pieces.
  • Finely chop onions and green chillies.
  • Heat ghee in a pan, add cloves, cardamom and cinnamon. Saute.
  • Add chopped onions, green chillies and fry till brown. Add ginger garlic paste and saute.
  • Add potatoes, carrot and green peas. Cook till they are tender.
  • Add sufficient water and salt and bring to it boil.
  • Add slowly rawa and mix well.
  • Close the lid and cook till done.
  • Serve hot with chutney or raita.
