Ingredients:
Noodles- 250 gm
Tomato sauce - 1 cup
Butter - 50 gm
Grated cheese - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
For Kofta's:
Potatoes - 200 gm
French beans - 100 gm
Carrots - 100 gm
Green peas - 100 gm
Spring onions - 2
Green chilli paste - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Lemon - 1
Bread crumbs - 1-2 cups
Oil
Method:

Method:
- Peel, chop, boil and mash together all the vegetables.
- Add lemon juice,salt, chilli paste and 1 cup of bread crumbs.
- Make equal portions and shape them like flattened balls. Roll each in bread crumbs.
- Shallow fry the koftas and keep aside.
- Boil noodles in salt water till tender. Drain the water and wash in cold water.
- Add tomato sauce and butter.
- Pour half of noodles in greased dish, arrange half of the koftas on th top.
- Pour the remaining noodles and top them again with remaining koftas.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese, dot with the butter and bake in a moderately hot oven for 40 minutes.
- Serve hot.
