Ingredients:
Mangoes - 4
Milk - 500 ml
Sugar - 200 gm
Ghee - 4 tbsp
Cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
Kishmish - 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Method:
Mangoes - 4
Milk - 500 ml

Method:
- Peel and make puree from the mangoes.
- Put mango puree, sugar and milk in thick vessel and cook in low flame. Stir continuously.
- Fry cashew nuts and kishmish in little ghee.
- Add ghee time to time and cook till it thickens.
- Lastly add cashew nuts, kishmish and cardamom powder.
- Mix well and transfer to greased plate.
- Cut into pieces.
