Ingredients:
Mushrooms - 250 gm (boiled)
Green chillies - 4
Ginger - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Coconut milk - 2 cups
Capsicum - 1
Carrot - 1
Salt to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Method:
Mushrooms - 250 gm (boiled)

Method:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped ginger and chillies and stir fry.
- Now add boiled and chopped mushrooms and saute for some more time.
- Add chopped capsicum and carrot and 1 cup of water.
- Add salt and cook for 7-8 minutes.
- Mix coconut milk and cook another 10 minutes in low flame.
- Serve hot with rice.
