Ingredients:
Moong sprouts - 1/4 cup
Channa sprouts - 1/4 cup
Green peas - 1/4 cup (soaked overnight)
Peanuts - 1/4 cup
Urad dal - 1/2 cup
Onions - 3
Green chillies - 6
Ginger - small piece
Curry leaves - few
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Grated fresh coconut - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Oil
Method:
Moong sprouts - 1/4 cup

Method:
- Soak urad dal for 4 hours. Wash and drain the water.
- Grind moong sprouts, channa sprouts, green peas, peanuts and urad dal to make fine paste.
- Add very little water if necessary.
- Add finely chopped onions, green chillies, grated ginger, coriander leaves, curry leaves, salt and coconut to the batter. Mix well.
- Heat oil and make round shape vadas and fry till golden.
- Serve hot with chutney.
